We offer a range of digital products and professional services. All products and services are provided “as is” unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Payment Terms

  • For digital products: full payment is due at the time of purchase.
  • For consulting and custom engagements: 50% upfront, 25% at a milestone, and 25% upon final delivery.
  • All invoices are payable within Net 30 days. Work does not begin until the initial payment is received.

3. Refunds & Guarantees

Digital Products

We offer an unconditional 90-day guarantee on all digital products. Simply contact us within 90 days for a full refund—no questions asked.

Membership Programs

If you enroll in a monthly membership or coaching program, you may request a refund for the current month only—no questions asked.

Courses & Training

For specific course offerings, we offer a 2x refund guarantee, contingent upon evidence of execution. This means you must demonstrate that you followed the material and implemented the strategies provided. If you did the work and are still not satisfied, I’ll refund double your investment (one time only).

Consulting & Service Engagements

Refunds for custom consulting or large-scale engagements are subject to the specific terms in your service agreement. Generally, milestone-based payments are non-refundable once that portion of the work is delivered.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property on marcuskrieg.com—including text, graphics, branding, digital downloads, and course materials—are owned by Marcus Krieg unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute this material without express written permission.

5. Third-Party Tools and Services

We may use third-party platforms to deliver services, process payments, or collect analytics data. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Stripe, Gumroad, PayPal (for payments)
  • Google Analytics (for site analytics)

We are not responsible for the policies or practices of these third-party services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marcus Krieg will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to deny access or service to any user at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
